During the 24 hours race of Champigneulles (54), on June 11 et 12 2016, Jean Claude Perronnet was wishing to contribute to a collective effort against Mucoviscidose.

At 11h the race starts under a big thunderstorm rain. After having done 3 rounds with good, I find myself headed of the race and have noted 2 spots of a bridge that will be hard at the end of the race.

I am drinking every 20 min and at half time of the race, I have decided to do the 2 small hills by walking to make sure I can finish the race. The second part of the race is luckily without rain and I finish the race of 160,070 km. This thanks to my guides, as without them, the blind participants community would not participate in all those race opportunities.

I am 16th out of 113 racers.
