Damien Seguin, the first handisport skipper to compete in the Vendée Globe, crossed the finish line at Les Sables-d'Olonne on Thursday, January 28 at 12 hours 18 minutes, 20 seconds. It took him 80 days, 21 hours, 58 minutes, 20 seconds to complete this round the world solo, non-stop and without assistance or 18 hours, more than Yannick Bestaven, winner of this 9th edition of the Vendée Globe.
