With the arrival of Liberty Media, the priority of the new promoters of F1 is to put the fan at the forefront of their concerns.
We have had the proof in Barcelona with the emotion felt by the Frenchman Charaf-Eddin Ait-Tales (29), a big regular F1i.fr who is blind, aboard one of the Minardi two-seater operated by Paul Stoddart's team for "F1 Experiences", the new animation program for the Grands Prix.
Charaf is a regular visitor to the paddock, very passionate since always, and he had this opportunity thanks to our colleague Will Buxton, F1 presenter T.V. that we often see interviewing the drivers after the tests.
Last weekend at the circuit of Catalunya, Charaf was able to live the F1 from the inside feeling the thrill at the rear of the car driven by Zsolt Baumgartner, former holder at Minardi a dozen years ago .
The official website of the F1 offers this video on his experience and his testimony is particularly moving ... Bravo, Charaf!
